PHYSICAL ACTING
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOONS, 3:30 - 5:00 pm
Movement for Actors...
We develop each actor’s ability to make physical
choices to create character and communicate story on stage and on
film. Improving strength, flexibility, and coordination, we focus
on body language, relaxation, expression of physical impulses,
gesture, timing, and spatial relationships, linking physical work
with vocal and emotional technique, and illuminating text with
physical choices.
This class is ongoing. New students are admitted at the start of
each eight-week session:
SUMMER – FALL 2008
* July 9 – August 27 (must
audition and register by July 2)
* September 3 – October 22 (must
audition and register by August 27)
$320 per eight-week session or $600 for sixteen weeks
